As usual, Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, and Electric was easy to contact and schedule. The technician - Stephen - contacted us thirty minutes before arrival so we could be ready. Stephen arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and helped me with information on how to prevent the same type of clog occurring in the future. Caleb and his partner did a great job getting my New A\C unit installed. They were very courteous and explained things if we had questions. Jeremy was very friendly, very professional, and very prompt in finding and fixing the issues with our water hose line. Coincidentally after we scheduled the appointment we started having issues with our kitchen sink so I asked if he had time to check it out too and he said absolutely he would take care of it too.
