MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Discounts

  • 15% off All Repairs and Services: As a CMP member, you receive a 15% discount on all repair services we provide for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical. Discount does not apply to specials, drain cleanings, HVAC installs, bathroom remodels, sewer line repair or replacement, or new generator installations. This discount is not able to be combined with any other discounts, specials, or promotions.
  • 5% off Installation Projects: As a plan member, you receive a 5% discount on installation projects, including new HVAC equipment, new sewer lines, generator installations, and bath remodeling. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, specials, or promotions.
  • Priority Service: As a plan member, you will receive “First in Line” highest priority scheduling. Plan members will be scheduled before non-members for repair service. If more than one plan member has requested service, the priority is on a first call, first serve basis.
  • Double Repair Warranty: If you maintain a monthly membership, any repair you pay us to perform on your plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems will carry two times the length of our standard repair warranty. Must be a plan member while repair was made and have continued membership until the time of failure. Unless otherwise stated, the standard repair warranty is 1 year for non-plan members and up to 2 years for plan members under the Double Repair Warranty. Specified warranties listed on the invoice of the job will come with that specified amount of time and are not subject to the Double Repair Warranty.
  • HVAC Warranty: HVAC systems furnished by Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, and Electric come with a parts and labor warranty of up to 10 years from the date of installation. For that warranty to remain intact, this membership must remain active with regular scheduling of the HVAC maintenance.

Annual Visits

  • Heating/Cooling Tune-Up: Plan members will receive a tune-up after initial sign-up and on a semiannual basis each year. The type of tune-up will be determined by the time of year the tune-ups are performed. Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, and Electric will contact members to schedule the heating/cooling tune-ups.
  • Plumbing and Electrical Inspections: Members qualify for one Plumbing and one Electrical Safety Inspection per contract year. Members can schedule their safety inspections at their convenience any time of year they wish.
  • Drain Cleaning: Plan members will receive one complimentary drain cleaning per contract year. Additional tasks, such as pulling a toilet, removing roots from the lines, or accessing a roof vent, are subject to additional charges. Cannot be used in lieu of scoping the drain lines. No cash value.

Carefree Maintenance Plan fees are non-prorated if inspections are not taken advantage of.

Members consent to text messaging from Tom Drexler Inc. for the purpose of scheduling maintenance visits.

As a Carefree Maintenance Plan member, you will never pay any overtime charges, no matter what time of day or night you call.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment: Automatic withdrawal from either a debit/credit card or checking account will occur on the 5th of each month, and payment is to be made available at that time. In the event funds are not available from the account on file, Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, and Electric will make attempts to reach you to collect payment. If we are unable to reach you to collect payment, your membership is subject to cancelation, and any fees associated may become due at that time.

Cancelation: This agreement shall remain in effect until either party furnishes written notice of termination. Monthly fees will continue for a minimum of 12 months and will automatically renew at the end of that term. The pay plan agreement can be terminated at any time after the 12-month period if written notice is received at 3718 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY, 40218, or emailed to plans@tomdrexler.com at least 10 days prior to the date of monthly charges to avoid that month’s charges. If you wish to cancel prior to the end of the 12-month commitment, charges for the remainder of the first term of the membership must be paid to process the cancelation. This membership is non-transferable.”

At any time, Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, and Electric may modify these Terms and Conditions, including annual plan coverage prices. Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, and Electric will notify you of any changes to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with state law.
