Payments are due on the 5th of each month, and you can pay by automatic withdrawal from your credit card or checking account.

You can book service at any time. We recommend spring AC maintenance and fall heating maintenance, and you can schedule plumbing and electrical maintenance any time of year. We'll provide preventative service at your convenience.

During a heating tune-up, our HVAC technicians will:

• Replace air filters
• Check and recalibrate thermostats
• Inspect electrical components
• Clean and lubricate the motor
• Inspect ductwork
• And more

During an air conditioning tune-up, we'll:

• Inspect and clean the condenser coils
• Inspect and clean the evaporator coils
• Check for refrigerant levels and recharge if necessary
• Test electrical connections
• And more

Our maintenance plan covers one heating and one cooling system. You can add $7.50 per month for service to additional systems.

During our plumbing safety inspection, we'll inspect all pipes and fixtures, including water heaters, water lines, toilets, faucets, and more, to ensure proper operation.

Plan members are entitled to one free drain cleaning per year. Call for service if you suspect a clog. We'll snake up to 25 feet inside or 75 feet outside. Additional tasks, such as pulling the toilet, removing tree root infiltration, accessing roof vents, etc., can be performed as necessary for an additional cost.

Electrical safety ispections include wiring, outlets, and electrical panels. We'll take action to minimize the risk of electrical hazards and premature wiring damage.
