By becoming a member of our Carefree Maintenance Plan, you'll enjoy worry-free maintenance for your home's most critical systems. Our expert technicians will conduct an annual high-performance tune-up and safety inspection on your heating and air conditioning systems, as well as an annual plumbing and electrical safety inspection. This proactive approach helps to ensure that your systems are running at peak efficiency, saving you money on utility bills and extending the lifespan of your equipment.
But that's not all! Our Carefree Maintenance Plan members receive a free drain cleaning once per year, valued at $99, to keep your plumbing running smoothly. You'll also enjoy VIP scheduling, which means you get moved to the front of the line for service, as well as no overtime fees and waived trip charges on repairs valued at $89. Plus, with a 15% discount on any service or repair and a 5% discount on any new HVAC, remodel or sewer installation, the savings can really add up.

Why do I need my heating/cooling system inspected if it's working just fine?
Regular system inspections are critical to extend the life of your systems and can prevent up to 90% of breakdowns before they happen. Plus - many manufacturers require yearly preventative maintenance to keep up with a warranty for new systems.
What is included in the plumbing/electrical safety inspection?
Plumbing - We look at all plumbing components (faucets, toilets, water heater, water lines & more) to ensure they are working properly and safely. Electrical - We look at the electric components (panel, outlets, wiring, and exterior) to ensure they are safe and working properly.
How do I pay for this?
You can sign up today (or any day) and put your credit card or bank account on file for the monthly payment. You can always call in to the Plans Department to speak with them about your account. It is billed on the 5th of each month.
When can I book the included service?
We can schedule them now if you are ready, you can call in to schedule them whenever you want, or our team will reach out to you.
What comes with the free drain cleaning?
It is the same as our ‘Unclog Any Drain’ special. If you experience a clog, give us a call and we will be here to snake up to 25’ inside or 75’ outside at no charge to you with a regular clog issue.
What if I have more than one HVAC system?
It is only $7.50 per month for each additional system.
