We examine at all plumbing components, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, water lines, and more to ensure they’re working properly and safely.
What's included in the electrical safety inspection?
We examine electric components such as the electrical panel, outlets, wiring, and more to ensure reliable and safe operation.
How do I pay for this?
You can sign up today and put your credit card or bank account on file for a monthly payment that’s billed on the 5th each month. You can always call in to the Plans Department to speak with them about your account.
When can I book the included service?
We can schedule them now if you are ready. You can also call in to schedule them whenever you want, or our team will reach out to you.
What comes with the free drain cleaning?
If you experience a clog, give us a call and we’ll snake up to 25 feet inside or 75 feet outside at no charge to you with a regular clog issue. Exclusions apply.
What if I have multiple HVAC systems?
One air conditioning and one heating system are covered. It’s only $7.50 per month for each additional system.
