"As usual, Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, and Electric was easy to contact and schedule. The technician - Stephen Shackleford - contacted us thirty minutes before arrival so we could be ready. Stephen arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and helped me with information on how to prevent the same type of clog occurring in the future. From the ladies answering the phones to Stephen, all were courteous, friendly, and helpful. I WILL be calling on Tom Drexler again.
