Our Commitment to Safety

We know it may feel uneasy to let someone into your home during this pandemic, even if they are providing an essential service.

In order to ensure the safety of both our customers and technicians, Tom Drexler will service/replace your home’s equipment under the following guidelines:

  • We will keep a minimum 6-foot difference between us – to the extent possible – during a service call.
  • We will not offer to shake hands.
  • They’ll ask permission before using a sink to wash their hands.
  • As always, our technicians will use antibacterial cleaning supplies and wear protective gloves and shoe coverings in addition to face masks.

Please call us and let us know if anyone in your home is experiencing flu-like symptoms and we will have a manager call you and discuss your needs and options to ensure both you and the service technician remain safe.
